Add passed hors d’oeuvres selections to any menu as a tasty preview to your meal. This service creates movement, variety and a social environment.

BUFFETS
Need to please everyone? Go for a traditional buffet. Gives plenty of choices to those who want variety. 

FAMILY STYLE
This service allows plenty of options for your guests without standing on line. Your food is plattered, presented and passed by either your guests or from our waitstaff. 
 
ACTION/CHEF STATIONS
A unique party design combining multiple stations around a room or in different areas around your event. An exciting alternative to the traditional buffet and more interactive then a plated dinner. Our Chefs prepare your guests food right before their eyes. 
 
PLATED
This service for more formal events with more of an elegant atmosphere. These are almost always served in courses, cooked to order, plated and served as though you were dining in a restaurant environment. 
   
PICK-UP & DELIVERY

When you are not interested in staffing your next event but are expecting the same quality ingredients then this is for you. This service does require a 48 hr minimum notice.
